Schedule Management

User can define specific schedules in advance. Users can define day wise schedules. User can define playlists for specific timeslots on a day. Users can also define playlists for a special occasions well in advance.

Orientation Management

User can create layouts suited for all orientations i.e. Landscape, Reverse Landscape, Portrait & Reverse Portrait.

Content Filtering

Users can easily filter content based on media types. Filter by media type,modification time,aspect ratio can be applied to quickly filter content. Easy content filtering and search becomes important as media repository can grow quickly over a period of time.

Content Search

User can easily search media(s) by filename.

Content Tagging

User can assign tags to media items for each search by tags. This is useful to quickly find content by tags (like annual function) and add them to a playlist.

Device Management

User can see ping time of all devices. Devices which are not active for more than 2 hours are shown in Red.

Device screenshot(s) can be requested by the user to check live content on a display.

Remote Reboot

User can reboot any device remotely from their dashboard.

A very simple to use yet feature rich UI ensures that there is least learning curve and management is hassle free so that you can have right content at the right time on the right screen for the right audience.

Files Download Report

Device client app updates the backend when the download of a new media item is complete. The report is available to the user on his dashboard.

Playback Reports

Reports are available on the user dashboard with complete device playback reports.

Local Playback

Client software downloads all the content that it is assigned to play, for local playback to ensure that media plays gracefully even in case when network is down.Local playback would also ensure that content (even a large video) plays without any lag on the screen.

Background Download Process

When a change made by the user triggers a download, it happens in the background not affecting the current playback.Only after the download is complete, playback restarts incorporating the new change. This at times becomes crucial when the network coverage is low when a download is in progress. There is never a NoShow case on the screen.

Data Caching

Frequently played contents are stored in local cache on the device even if they are deleted from the current playlist. This helps to prevent content re-download when they are loaded in the playlist again next time.

Smart Autocleaning of Device Storage

Client Software auto cleans old or unused content when the device storage is close to being exhausted.

Auto Scaling

All media items are scaled to the size of region for better aesthetics.

Device Synchronization

All devices can be made to synchronize with each other. This is useful for advertisement domain/DOOH.

Boot to App

App auto starts after boot hence need not to be run manually.

Offline USB Playback

Admin can also switch the device to run in a completely offline mode. In this case , the device can sync content automatically from a USB storage connected to the screen. This is particularly useful when user has a large file to quickly play on the screen. This is an optional / available on request feature.

Auto Start on receiving Power

Device has been customized to run automatically when it receives power without requiring someone to switch it on.

Security

Only authorized users can access and push content on displays.

Plug & Play Solution

Device deployment is a plug & play setup hence making it easier to deploy.We take normally 2 minutes to setup provided internet connectivity is there.

Centralized Management

User can manage content on all displays seamlessly from anywhere.

User Interface is responsive which means it can be managed from any device-even from a mobile phone seamlessly. Having complete control on mobile phone ensures better management.

Group Management

User can group displays which are to display the same content. This makes it easy for the user to apply same content on a group of screens in one go. Users can create new groups, change the group of device easily.

Playlist Management

User can create set of contents that need to be played in a sequence. Users can easily add,edit,delete items from existing playlists. User can duplicate a playlist for quick modification. User can create unlimited playlists .These playlists can be consumed in device groups.

Sequence Management

Users can easily change the sequence in which items would play on the screen.

Screen Split
(Channel/Layout Management )

User can divide screens into multiple regions and assign playlist to each of the regions for playback. User can easily change the layout of a channel in an easy to use drag drop interface.

MultiChannel Stitching

User can even define multiple channels to run in a loop. This can help to run multiple channels (with different layouts / split ratio) to run one after the other. Ex: In a single region setup, this feature helps a Notice Board serve as an album showcase to pair a specific ticker series with a playlist.

One click switch to Single/Multi Region

User can switch to single region or multi region using a toggle switch. This helps keep UI simple when multiregion is not in use.

Ticker Management

User can define text scrolling texts.Multiple scrollers can be set to run in a loop. Each scroller can be given a specific color,background color,speed,outline color font size.

RSS Feed Integration with Tickers (Requires Internet)

RSS feed can be integrated in tickers which can allow automated content from a give source (Ex- a news feed from government) to run as scrollers.

Time Management

User can specify default or specific duration for media items (time for which a media should stay on the screen).
